Big Move in Manufacturing: JMFPE Invests ₹150 Crore in NG Electro

JM Financial Private Equity (JMFPE) has announced a ₹150 crore investment in NG Electro Products Pvt Ltd, a contract manufacturing platform serving consumer brands across home care, beauty and personal care, and nutraceutical segments.

According to the company, the investment will support the next phase of growth, with funds earmarked for expanding manufacturing capacity, accelerating research and development and product innovation, and strengthening quality and compliance systems.

NG Electro Products offers a diverse portfolio spanning home care products such as detergents and cleaning solutions, beauty and personal care formulations including skin and hair care, and nutraceutical supplements.
